As a CI Engineer youll lead efforts to improve how work gets donemaking processes faster smarter and more reliable across the site. This role blends hands-on engineering with change leadership giving you the chance to influence both operations and culture. Youll use data lean principles and equipment reliability practices to deliver measurable results and long-term improvements. Its an opportunity to drive real impact while building leadership and technical expertise in a highly collaborative environment.

What Youll Do:

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency quality and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
• Analyze performance data to identify gaps troubleshoot issues and implement sustainable solutions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve line performance and streamline operations
• Facilitate training coaching and workshops to build continuous improvement capabilities across teams
• Support process documentation standardization and the successful implementation of new equipment and systems
