At Vistaprint Venlo we arent just running machines; we are crafting quality and delivering excellence. We are looking for 5 Shift Production Supervisorwho knows how to lead a team optimize processes and champion safety.

What You Will Do

• You will be the bridge between our strategy and our floor operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the Shift:Drive daily start-up meetings centered onSQDCP(Safety Quality Delivery Cost and Productivity) to keep your team aligned.

  • Coach & Develop:Empower your team members providing the feedback and training they need to excel.

  • Solve Problems:Work on the floor to troubleshoot quality alerts process changes and technical challenges.

  • Collaborate:Partner with Maintenance and Quality teams to ensure our production environment is organized safe and efficient.

  • The Pro:You have 3 years of shift supervision experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

  • The Potential:You are a high-potential talent with a growth mindsetif you have the passion to lead and the ability to influence we want to hear from you.

  • The Plus Factors:While not mandatoryexperience in an FMCG environmentor astrong technical/process backgroundwill give you a significant head start.

  • The Mindset:You are a communicator a problem-solver and a team player. (Proficiency in English is a must; Dutch German or Polish is a huge plus!)

Nice to Have

• A degree or certification in a technical or business field (MBO level or equivalent)

• Practical experience in Operations Management and a solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles
  

• Dutch and/or German language
