About the Role
Blooper is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our facilities this role youll be responsible for maintaining troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems across our sites to ensure everything operates safely efficiently and in compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical plumbing and HVAC systems
- Diagnose mechanical and technical issues to determine the best repair approach
- Complete work orders and maintenance logs accurately and on time
- Assist in general facility upkeep including minor construction painting and fixture repair
- Coordinate with contractors or vendors for specialized repairs when needed
- Ensure all safety standards building codes and company policies are followed
- Respond to urgent maintenance calls and troubleshoot problems quickly
