Manager, Data Strategy

We are seeking a Manager in our Data & Analytics team to join our Technology & Experience Practice and lead enterprise client projects through the full lifecycle from strategy concept and architecture through to delivery and implementation. We are looking for a passionate technologist with keen business acumen and experience managing diverse teams in the successful planning design and deployment of data solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client projects and manage consulting teams in the delivery of data solutions with the goal of improving technical operations and business performance
• Interface directly with client personnel and executive stakeholders to understand business objectives and set project objectives
• Make key engagement decisions including budgeting risk management resource management vendor selection workstream delegation and project methodology
• Act as client point of contact and present updates on deliverables communicate engagement status and ensure projects align with their transformation and business goals
• Contribute to practice development; mentor junior consultants on project management best practices stay abreast of industry trends and develop reusable methodology
• Assist with or lead statement of work (SOW) and business development efforts and identify change orders
• Organize project work into client presentations outlining findings and recommendations for C-level executives.
• Contribute to practice development by developing and improving reusable methodologies and data solutions for client engagements.

Qualifications:

• 7 years of progressive experience in Data & Analytics in a professional services/consulting firm
• Strong understanding of data engineering principles including data modelling ETL processes data governance data quality privacy and security controls
• Experience leading projects related to data migration and data integrations leveraging Databricks Snowflake Azure/AWS
• Strong communication and project leadership skills with comfortability managing cross-functional teams in dynamic enterprise IT environments
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for business leadership
• Willingness to travel to client sites up to 50%
• Hybrid work environment 2x/week in office
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
