ERG is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Program Support Specialist to support a complex onsite federal program. This role will provide coordination across program operations health and safety quality assurance and staff support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment communicates clearly and effectively and consistently delivers high-quality work while supporting a diverse technical team.

Job Description:

Support day-to-day program operations scheduling documentation and coordination with federal and contractor teams
Work closely with the Program Management Office to facilitate program operations and functional tasks
Assist with onsite health and safety initiatives including reporting training logistics compliance tracking safety program support and preparation for H&S inspections
Support quality assurance activities including document control QA review and tracking and audit preparation
Serve as a staff liaison by supporting onboarding processes workspace coordination and general staff needs
Assist with meeting preparation including agendas notes and action item tracking
Maintain organized program files logistics and operational resources
Provide responsive professional support to clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
Experience supporting federal programs scientific teams or onsite operations preferred
Strong organizational communication and multitasking skills
Familiarity with health and safety quality assurance or administrative coordination is a plus
Ability to work onsite daily and maintain a professional presence with federal clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable interacting regularly with federal staff contractors and program leadership

$50000 - $80000 a year
