Job Summary
Position Level: Entry level - IN OFFICE POSITION
Employment Type: Full-time Internship (M-F 8:00am-5:00pm or 8:30am-5:30pm)

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and conduct telephone interviews with pre-employment applicants as part of their background screening process
- Engage with pre-employment applicants via text email and phone
- Escalate top priority critical issues to the appropriate department
- Occasionally makes outbound calls to pre-employment applicants providing instructional information
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues
- Ability to multitask and have great organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
