KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
PROFESSIONAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Law degree from ABA accredited law school
Currently admitted to a state bar and in good standing
Minimum 10 years experience in insurance or regulated financial industries and legal environments. Specific knowledge of F&I products (vehicle service contracts/GAP) and related industry participation programs preferred
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work effectively with and coordinate with others
Proficient in Microsoft Office Product Suite
CONTACT WITH OTHERS:
Internal: Sales Department Operations Department Compliance Department Accounting Department and Product Department. External: Outside counsel representing business partners counsel representing consumers.
SUPERVISION/SUBORDINATES:
TBD potentially managing 1-3 attorneys and senior legal analysts

$160000 - $190000 a year
Protectives targeted compensation for this position is $160k-$190k. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to job location skills and experience. The range listed is just one component of Protectives total compensation package for position also offers additional incentive opportunitiesthrough an annual incentive based on individual and Company performance.
