Reports to Reconstruction Department Project Manager.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Experience with City Inspections
Supervise Trades
Knowledge of basic construction
Drywall
Painting
Trim
Baseboards
Tile
Flooring including engineered glue down tile laminate carpet
Cabinets
Experience handling punch lists
Qualifications:
Be able to work M-F 8-5
Be able to work Saturdays when needed
Valid Drivers License
Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
Be punctual and respectful of clients time
Fluent in English; bilingual preferred
Be able to take exceptional photos
Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology
Driven by personal and collective team success
Strong integrity and moral values
Take initiative with attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time On-Site Must be located in South Florida

Compensation: $55600.00 - $58000.00 per hour
