Job Summary

NEW HSEQ ENGINEER IN ANDOVER

Our client based in Andover Hampshire specialise in the design and manufacture of highly complex PCBAs for a range of industries like automotive industrial and medical.

Our client are looking for an experienced HSEQ Engineer to join our Quality team reporting directly to the QHSE Manager. This is a key role in driving our Quality Health Safety and Environmental strategy and embedding a positive quality and safety culture across the business.

Job requirements of the HSEQEngineer in Andover:

Develop maintain and improve the Business Management System in line with AS9100 ISO 9001 ISO 13485 ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Act as EHS Management Representative ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
Lead internal HSE audits manage non-conformances and ensure timely closure.
Support risk identification containment and preventative actions across the business.
Manage customer compliance requests including conflict minerals.
Deliver training across quality health safety and environmental topics.
Track and report HSE KPIs including energy usage and waste.

Requirements as aHSEQEngineer in Andover:

Act as the main point of contact for supplier quality matters
Convert NCRs into SCARs and manage supplier follow-up
Perform supplier audits (initial routine and ad-hoc)
Degree-level qualification preferred (minimum HNC Level 4 in Electronics or Electrical Engineering)
