We are a family owned business operating Midas Franchises dedicated to providing quality service in inspection diagnosis and repairleveraging ASE Certifications and years of hands-on experience. As we expand our store count and grow each shop were looking for Advanced Automotive Technicians who want to get in on the ground floor and help us develop best practices for the future.
Responsibilities
As a Midas Advanced Automotive Technician youll be responsible for a wide range of diagnostics repairs and maintenance including:
- Diagnostics using state-of-the-art computer systems
- Tires and tire repair
- Heating and air conditioning
- Steering and suspension
- Belts and hoses
- Radiator and engine cooling systems
- Batteries starting and charging
- Brakes and brake repair
- Oil changes
- Check engine light diagnostics
- Mufflers and exhaust services
- Visual safety and courtesy inspections
Youll work independently and collaboratively helping us create an environment of success as we grow.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to repair vehicles independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge in brakes exhaust suspension and engine diagnostics
- Track record of high personal productivity
- Adherence to safety and environmental standards
- Experience with shop equipment (lifts tire changers alignment machines scan tools)
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical degree a plus
- State-specific auto repair certifications
- Valid drivers license
- Ownership of tools/equipment (diagnostic scanner/tools preferred)
- Ability to service both foreign and domestic vehicles
