Broker Support Manager
Location: Northampton (office-based car driver required)
Salary: DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday (early finish on Fridays)

The Role
- Providing administrative support to the sales team across live deals
- Preparing and managing financial proposals and supporting documentation
- Liaising with lenders and internal stakeholders to progress transactions
- Processing pay-outs producing reports and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Supporting client communication where required
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the sales process
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in sales administration
- Strong numerical ability and financial awareness
- Confident user of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Clear and professional communication style
- Must be a car driver due to office location
