• Meet with homeowners to evaluate residential painting needs and provide professional recommendations
• Conduct in-home consultations and create customized project proposals and estimates
• Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage painting projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
• Communicate regularly with customers to provide project updates and ensure satisfaction
• Promote the CertaPro Painters brand through community events networking and marketing initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of leads estimates and customer interactions in the CRM system
• Attend company training programs and regional or national conferences to stay current with industry trends

• Monday through Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Every other Saturday
• Approximately 40-hour work week

• Prior sales experience in construction painting home improvement or service-based industries preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and customer relationships simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated goal-oriented and customer-focused mindset
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
