Accenture Federal Services is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with extensive experience in developing maintaining and enhancing complex software systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical capabilities particularly in cloud development technologies.

What youll do:

Design develop test and maintain high-quality software applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features
Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing software
Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards
Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle
Ensure software is updated with the latest features and security patches
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for new and existing systems

What youll need:

14 years as a Software Engineer in similar programs and contracts utilitzing programming languages such as Java Python C or JavaScript
Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering Computer Science Computer Engineer or a related field - (4) years of relevant experience can substitute for a degree

Bonus points if you have:

Strong knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g. Java Python C JavaScript)
Experience language specific frameworks:
- Java frameworks: Spring Hibernate etc.
- JavaScript frameworks: React Angular etc.
- Python frameworks: Django Flask etc.
- C frameworks: STL Qt Boost etc.
Experience with software development methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Git Jenkins etc.
Knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL MySQL Oracle
Experience with NoSQL databases such as ElasticSearch and MongoDB
Experience with AWS services and cloud-based application development
Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes

Security Clearance:

Must have an active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to office location role skill set and level of experience.
