Product Support Engineer Electrical/Electronics Description

Our client is an innovative manufacturer whose products support a range of electrical control power management and system integration applications with a stable customer base primarily made up of OEMs. They are looking for a Product Support Engineer to join their team. Youll serve as the bridge between customers and engineering helping customers troubleshoot technical challenges and identify the right solution for their application. Because the team is relatively small there is flexibility to shape the role around your strengths whether that leans more toward hands-on engineering support customer interaction or a blend of both. Youll work closely with customers sales and engineering to troubleshoot applications evaluate how electrical systems interact and recommend the appropriate technical solution. Product Support Engineer Electrical/Electronics Responsibilities

Partner with customers to evaluate application requirements
Recommend products based on customer applications
Support sales through technical discovery and solution development
Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations
Troubleshoot electrical systems and application issues
Diagnose product integration and performance challenges
Collaborate with engineering and sales on customer solutions
Develop application notes and technical documentation
Support account growth through technical expertise
Travel to customer sites trade shows and industry events

Product Support Engineer Electrical/Electronics Qualifications

3 years of experience supporting customer applications involving electrical controls power distribution or industrial electronic products
Working knowledge of electronic circuits and system-level electrical troubleshooting
Ability to work onsite daily required
Ability to travel domestically up to 5% (typically one week of overnight travel per quarter)
