Shift Patterns

About the Role

As a Complex Care Support Worker youll provide high-quality person-centred care to individuals with complex and high-dependency needs.

Youll be part of a close-knit caring team with a truly heartfelt approach where compassion dignity and respect are at the centre of everything we do. Every day youll help people feel safe valued and supported to live as independently as possible.

What Youll Do

  • Deliver specialist care (including PEG feeding epilepsy support and mobility needs)
  • Support with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Administer medication safely
  • Encourage independence and choice
  • Support hobbies routines and community involvement
  • Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships

Our Services

Isabella Court (near Pickering)
An 8-bed residential service supporting individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs.

Market Court (Pickering)
A homely single-person service supporting a lady with complex needs including epilepsy and a spinal injury.
