Description
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Define and implement the quality vision strategy and objectives aligned with business goals
- Lead cross-functional quality initiatives across production engineering and supply chain
- Oversee and improve QMS and ensure compliant with relevant certifications and audits
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g. RoHS REACH CE UL) customer-specific requirements and ensure customer feedback handling
- Maintain and improve QMS documentation procedures and controls
- Monitor and improve product quality metrics (e.g. FPY PPM COPQ)
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for internal and external issues
- Drive supplier quality development and incoming inspection protocols
- Manage and mentor the quality assurance and quality control teams
- Build a culture of accountability problem-solving and continuous improvement with the team
- Interface with key customers on quality matters audits and escalations
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure design-for-quality and process capability
- Support Regionalization localization and new product development initiatives along with Asia Pacific team for specific site-based developments
- Manage stakeholders as per organization structure
Who You Are:
Youre a seasoned quality leader with deep experience in manufacturing. You drive compliance and build high-performing teams. Your balanced technical expertise with strategic vision ensuring quality is not just maintained but elevated as a business advantage.
For This Role You Will Need:
- 10 years of experience in quality leadership roles within manufacturing exposure to valves/coils or related components will be an added advantage
- Deep knowledge of quality tools (PPAP APQP FMEA SPC MSA 8D Six Sigma GT&D)
- Proven experience with ISO standards regulatory audits and customer quality systems
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing
- Experience with ERP and digital quality systems
- Ability to influence across functions and drive change
