Job Summary

- Roadside Assistance services: Tire Changes Lockouts Battery Install Jump Starts Fuel Delivery etc.
- Provide customer service communicate and accommodate customers
- Meet Service level agreements assigned ETAs
- Maintains equipment in good safe working order; maintains an inventory of tools and products to ensure all service calls can be completed.
- 2 years towing and/or Roadside Assistance experience required.
- A Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude team-oriented high energy and the willingness to succeed
