Job Summary
The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has an exciting opportunity at the Intensive Behavior Center. This position is for a 2pm-10pm shift .This position is open until filled with frequent screening of applicants.

The Intensive Behavior Center (IBC) is an intensive short-term treatment facility for individuals who have intellectual disabilities and co-occurring mental illnesses. IBC provides an environment for building healthy effective and fulfilling lives so those receiving treatment can live successfully in the community after discharge.
The Shift Manager is responsible for all aspects of the management of assigned residential treatment units during assigned shifts including implementation of client treatment scheduling of Direct Support Professionals direct supervision of Direct Support Professionals and maintaining the physical plant.
