• Evaluate & Program: Assist with athlete assessments and goal setting to ensure every member has a customized path to success.
• Represent the Brand: Participate in combines competitions and marketing events to showcase the D1 Lakeland culture.
• Safety First: Prioritize proper form and technique to ensure our athletes stay on the field and off the sidelines.
  
  

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of Strength & Conditioning experience (Collegiate athletic experience is highly valued and can satisfy this requirement).
• Credentials: Valid Personal Training Certification AED/CPR/First Aid.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).
• Character: A positive over-the-top customer service attitude and a deep passion for fitness.
