Guidewire Professional Services組織にはビジネスアナリスト機能コンサルタント技術統合コンサルタントがおりお客様とSIベンダーがGuidewireアプリケーションを顧客サイトに導入できるよう協力して支援しますプロジェクトは複雑でお客様の具体的な要件に応じて3か月から2年かかる場合がありますプロジェクト期間中チームはお客様のビジネス要件を特定しそれらの要件を満たすOOTB機能と設定を活用したソリューションを策定しGuidewireアプリケーションを他の社内または社外システムに統合します

Guidewireコンサルタントは業務の大部分をお客様のビジネスチームおよび技術チームと共にオンサイトで過ごすことが期待されますこの職務は主に日本国内で行われますがGuidewireが事業を展開している他の地域で勤務する機会もあります

Guidewire プロフェッショナルサービス部門では当社の損害保険会社向けソフトウェア実装プロジェクトにおいて上級コンサルタントで構成される小規模チームの一員として働くことに興味のあるテクニカルアーキテクトを募集しています

Guidewire プロフェッショナルサービス部門にはビジネスアナリストファンクショナルコンサルタントテクニカルインテグレーションコンサルタントが在籍しておりGuidewire アプリケーションをお客様が導入するにあたりお客様と SI ベンダーに対して支援を提供していますプロジェクトは複雑でお客様の具体的な要件に応じて3 ヵ月から 2 年かかる場合がありますプロジェクト期間中チームはお客様の業務要件を特定し要件を満たすために当社製品の標準機能を活用しつつ必要に応じてコンフィグレーションを加えたソリューションを策定しGuidewire アプリケーションと他の社内システムや社外システムと連携する作業を支援します


Guidewire コンサルタントは業務のおおよそ半分をお客様の業務部門チームや IT チームとオンサイトで過ごし残り半分はリモートで作業します本役割は主に日本国内での勤務ですが当社が事業を展開している他の地域向けにリモートで作業を行う機会もあります
Guidewire アプリケーションは柔軟性に優れているためお客様の要件に合わせて高度にコンフィグレーションすることが可能でありお客様の目的と要件を完全に理解する能力が求められます


The Guidewire Professional Services organization includes business analysts functional consultants and technical integration consultants who work together to help customer and SI vendors to implement Guidewire applications at customer sites. Our projects are complex and can last from three months to two years depending on the specific customer requirements. During a project the team will identify customer business requirements identify solutions leveraging OOTB capabilities coupled with configuration to meet those requirements and integrate the Guidewire application to other internal or external systems.

Guidewire consultants are expected to spend the majority of their time on-site with the customer business and technical teams. This is primarily a Japan-based role but there may be an opportunity to work in other regions that Guidewire operates in.

Guidewire applications are highly configurable to the requirements of each customer and require a thorough understanding of the objectives and requirements of the customer.

これらの役割はお客様に対して Guidewire Software を代表する存在ですコンサルタントとして採用される方はお客様と密に連携しながらGuidewire の製品管理部門が製品の長所と短所を常に把握できるよう努めることが期待されます本ポジションでは技術的な適性ビジネスプロセスの理解そして顧客対応スキルといった独自の組み合わせが求められます

必須のスキルと経験

• 日本語能力試験JLPT1級レベルの日本語能力と日本の商習慣に関する理解人間関係構築能力

• 英語力TOEIC 700 点以上または同等の資格もしくは語学力チェックに通ること

• 通算 7 年以上のソフトウェア開発とコンサルティングの経験各領域における経験は3年以上

• エンタープライズソフトウェアの実装インテグレーションを技術リードの経験

• 要件ヒアリングアーキテクチャ設計実装レビューテスト本番リリースまでを一気通貫で推進できるテクニカルアーキテクトリードエンジニア

• 製品導入後のバージョンアップ新機能のアドプションに関する技術サポート顧客向けコンサル技術窓口の経験

• 複数のステークホルダーとの調整リード経験

• ハンズオンな開発スキルを持ちつつソフトウェアアーキテクチャとインテグレーション設計に強みを持つ人

• 顧客折衝と技術課題解決の両方を楽しめるカスタマーフェイシングなエンジニア

• 以下の専門知識

  • 高度な web アプリケーションの経験

  • 2 年以上のオブジェクト志向のプログラミング経験Java C# 等

• 日本の損害保険に関する経験や知識契約管理損害サービス管理およびその他処理を含む

• マルチナショナルな環境でのプロジェクト経験

• システムアナリストとしての経験

• Guidewire 製品の設計コンフィグレーションテストにおける実務経験

以下の2つ以上の分野における経験
1) WebサービスAPIRESTJSON-RPCSOAPメッセージキューなどの一般的な最新の連携方法
2) エンタープライズ連携ミドルウェアおよびマイクロサービスアーキテクチャの開発経験とソフトウェアネットワークセキュリティに関する一般的な知識
3) VCSCICDGitTeamcityなどの経験
4) 可観測性ツールDatadogなど

Key activities include:

• Collaborate with Japanese customers in Japanese to understand system integration needs ensure alignment with business requirements address technical challenges and deliver integration design documents

• Build relationships with customer infrastructure teams and System Integrators (SI) to coordinate technical solutions

• Design and develop system integrations using Guidewires Integration Framework to meet customer needs

• Manage data flow between Guidewire applications and external systems to ensure data integrity

• Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) activities to validate integration approaches and demonstrate feasibility

• Collaborate with Guidewires global teams to share technical insights and align integration strategies

These roles represent Guidewire Software to our customers. The successful consultant is expected to closely with our customers while making sure that Guidewire product management is kept abreast of product strengths and weaknesses. The position requires a unique blend of technical aptitude business process understanding and customer-facing skills.

Required skills/experience - all:

• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N1 level or equivalent with strong understanding of Japanese business practices and excellent relationship-building skills

• Business-level English (TOEIC 700 or equivalent qualification or ability to pass our language assessment)

• At least 7 years of combined experience in software development and consulting (minimum 3 years in each area)

• Proven experience as a technical lead for enterprise software implementation and integration projects

• Experience as a Technical Architect / Lead Engineer driving the end-to-end lifecycle from requirements gathering and architecture design through implementation review testing and production release

• Experience providing technical support and acting as a technical point of contact for customers for post-go-live activities such as upgrades and new feature adoption

• Proven track record leading coordination across multiple stakeholders

• Hands-on development skills combined with strong capabilities in software architecture and integration design

• A customer-facing engineer who enjoys both direct client communication and solving complex technical problems

• Expertise in the following areas:
  

  • Experience with advanced/complex web applications

  • 2 years of object-oriented programming experience (e.g. Java C#)

  • 2 years of experience with relational databases and cloud platforms (AWS GCP)

  • Strong motivation to actively learn new products and emerging business domains

  • Ability to lead technical discussions adapt to customer contexts and deliver integration solutions from design through deployment

Desired skills/experience:

• Experience or knowledge of the Japanese P&C insurance domain (including policy administration claims handling and related processes)

• Project experience in a multinational environment

• Experience working as a systems analyst

• Hands-on experience in the design configuration and testing of Guidewire products

• Experience in at least two of the following areas:
  1) Modern integration methods such as web services/APIs (REST JSON-RPC SOAP) and message queues
  2) Development of enterprise integration middleware and microservices architectures plus general knowledge of software and network security
  3) Experience with VCS and CI/CD tools (e.g. Git TeamCity)
  4) Experience with observability tools (e.g. Datadog)
