The Service Admin is responsible for coordinating and optimizing service administration processes for analytical instruments and related equipment. Acting as a key operational resource this role works across internal service teams distributors vendors service providers and customers to ensure efficient service delivery operational excellence and a high level of service quality. The position also contributes to process standardization operational improvements and the effective execution of service support activities across the organization.

This position reports to the Sr. Service Manager and is part of Customer Support > Service Support & Administration located in Tokyo Japan and will be an on-site role.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead and coordinate critical service administration processes including quotation management order processing invoicing warranty administration and service support activities to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery.
• Serve as a key operational liaison among field service engineers distributors vendors Authorized Service Providers (ASPs) and customers by coordinating schedules service work orders parts logistics purchasing activities and outsourced service support.
• Drive operational excellence through effective management of service-related data and business systems serving as a key resource for service administration processes while identifying opportunities for process improvement increasing operational efficiency and enhancing service quality across related teams..

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Multiple years of experience in service administration sales administration order management customer support operations or a related operational support function.
• Practical experience in quotation preparation order processing purchase order administration invoicing and coordination of multiple stakeholders within a service or operational environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP or equivalent functions) and experience using CRM and ERP systems. Ability to work with English-language systems and documentation.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Salesforce (including Opportunity and CPQ) or other CRM platforms.
• Managing service operations involving external service providers vendors distributors or subcontracted engineers.
• Experience within the scientific instrument medical device manufacturing or other technical service industries.

応募資格必須要件

• 営業事務サービスアドミニストレーション受発注管理カスタマーサポートまたは関連するオペレーションサポート業務における実務経験を有する方
• 見積作成受発注管理購買管理請求処理および複数の関係者との業務調整を伴うオペレーション業務の経験を有する方
• Microsoft ExcelVLOOKUPレベル以上の実務経験を有しCRMおよびERPシステムの利用経験がある方また英語表記のシステムやドキュメントを業務で利用できる方
