Primary Job Responsibilities:

• 複雑かつ大規模なプラットフォーム導入プロジェクトにおいて技術的リーダーシップを発揮し標準ソリューションの実装設計からデリバリーの完遂までを単独あるいはチームのリードとして遂行する

• RHELRed Hat OpenShiftAnsible などの製品を活用しオンプレミスパブリッククラウドハイブリッドクラウドにおけるスケーラブルで堅牢な基盤のアーキテクチャ設計と構成図の作成を主導する

• クラウドおよびインフラストラクチャの高度な自動化CI/CDパイプラインの構築DevOpsプロセスの導入を推進し顧客のシステムライフサイクル全体をモダナイズする

• プロジェクトのプランニングを支援しリーダーシップが設定した目標に向けてチームを導き予期せぬ技術的課題が発生した際にはアーキテクチャの視点から解決策を提示しタスクを調整する

• Red Hatのテクノロジーがもたらすビジネスバリューを顧客のITリーダーやステークホルダーに明確に説明し信頼されるアドバイザーTrusted Advisorとして振る舞う

• 現場の若手コンサルタントやアソシエイトに対する技術的なメンタリングレビューパフォーマンスに関するフィードバックを積極的に行いチーム全体のスキル底上げに貢献する

• 将来的なビジネス機会Upsell/Cross-sellを技術的な視点から発掘し営業部門やアーキテクトチームと連携して顧客のテクノロジーロードマップ推進を支援する

Required Skills:

• テクノロジー分野における13年以上の実務経験およびさまざまな開発導入プロジェクトでエンタープライズカスタマーと協働した経験

• 複雑なエンタープライズ環境におけるKubernetes または Red Hat OpenShift を用いた大規模な基盤設計実装および高度なトラブルシューティングの豊富な経験

• LinuxRHELまたは同等ディストリビューションの深い知識とアーキテクチャ設計運用経験

• Ansible等を用いたインフラ自動化IaCやDevOps/CI/CDサーバーテクノロジー少なくとも1つに関する確かな知識

• ミッションクリティカルなアプリケーションの設計開発および管理の経験

• プロジェクト内で小規模な技術チームをリードしエンジニアリング営業および経営幹部レベルで関係を構築した実績

• 自律的に新しい技術動向を学習しRed Hatの上級レベルのトレーニングコンテンツを消化して技術目標を達成し続ける強い成長マインドセット

• 日本語での極めて効果的なコミュニケーションスキルおよび交渉能力ならびに英語での優れた文書および口頭コミュニケーション能力

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have / Optional):

• OpenShift Virtualization (KubeVirt) に関する知識または仮想マシンとコンテナが混在する環境でのアーキテクチャ設計経験

• 既存のレガシーシステムからクラウドネイティブ環境への大規模なモダナイゼーション移行プロジェクトへの参画経験

• AWSAzureGoogle Cloud等の認定アーキテクト資格または同等のパブリッククラウド高度設計経験

• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) や Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) などの関連資格
