具体的な業務内容

1. 機械装置設備系の顧客やシステムインテグレーターを日常的に訪問しプロジェクトの開拓と フォローアップを行う

2. 製品知識を深めアプリケーションにおける顧客の悩みの種を把握し顧客への提案営業を行う

3. 主要顧客との新しいビジネスチャンスを開拓する

4. 市場開拓や顧客分類弊社のCRMシステムでの案件並びに顧客データベースの維持と管理

5. 顧客に先立って基本的な技術サポートやアプリケーションに関する設備の改善や向上などのアドバイスを提供する

6. 各業界のチャネルパートナー商社代理店SIVAR等と密接に連携しその市場での売上高を 拡大する

7. 長期的なサービス関係を維持するために積極的に顧客とのコミュニケーションを図り関係の構築に 努め営業としての影響力を行使して高いレベルの顧客満足度を確保する

8. 週次に営業マネージャーとミーティングを行いプロジェクトの進捗状況や市場情報を報告する

9. 経営陣によって適宜割り当てられるその他の業務を遂行する

求められるスキル技能経歴資格など

学歴
電子工学機械工学または産業工学などの学位または同等

語学能力:
流暢なビジネスレベルまたは母国語レベルの日本語力文書作成および
会話英語スキル歓迎もしくは学習意欲があること

必要な経験知識:
営業オートメーション分野での2年以上の実務経験

- 優れた対人コミュニケーションスキル

- 自発的で勤勉かつ前向きな姿勢 - 対人プレゼンテーション能力が高く優れた営業スキルを発揮できる

- チームとしてまた自立して業務ができる

- 問題解決への前向きな姿勢と柔軟な発想ができる

- 日本国内定期的におよびアジア太平洋諸国周期的にへ出張ができる
