Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Network Engineer supporting our managed services offeringDigital Infrastructure Management Service (DIM) you will be responsible for providing post-deployment operational support for customer network environments hosted within Equinix IBX data centers the EquinixNetwork Edgevirtual networking platform and ourManaged Private Cloud (MPC)services.

Acting as a network infrastructure specialist you will perform technical troubleshooting respond to customer inquiries and resolve complex infrastructure issues. You will leverage Equinix Managed Services to help customersmaintainstable secure and optimized network environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for customer network infrastructures following service deployment.
• Respond to customer inquiries and technical support requests.
• Perform incident response troubleshooting and service restoration activities during outages or service disruptions.
• Implement configuration changes and operational requestsin accordance withcustomer requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve network-related issues across complex enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams customers and vendors to deliver high-quality managed services.
• Ensure operational excellence and continuous service improvement throughout the customerlifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience

Required Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Layer 2 and Layer 3 network design and implementation.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience implementing routing protocols such asBGP OSPF and Static Routing.
• Experience designing and deploying virtual networking technologies includingSD-WAN.
• Experience implementing and supporting security solutions such asfirewalls (FW).
• Strong troubleshooting experience in enterprise network environments.
• Experience working on projects that require communication and collaboration in English.
• Business level of Japanese is a MUST

Preferred Qualifications

• Technicalexpertisein public cloud platforms such asAWSandMicrosoft Azure.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Broad infrastructureexpertisewith experience in:
• Technical analysis and problem-solving
• Identifyingand resolving complex infrastructure challenges
• Developing infrastructure strategies and target-state architectures
• Infrastructure architecture and high-level design

ネットワーク運用サービス

システム構築後運用フェーズにてお客様からの各種問い合わせ障害発生時の復旧対応お客様からのご依頼に合わせた設定変更作業などシステム運用における業務を実施する

職務要件

必須経験

L2L3ネットワーク設計構築経験2-3年以上

ルーティングプロトコルBGPOSPFスタティック実装経験2-3年以上

仮想化ネットワーク技術SD-WAN設計構築経験

FWなどのセキュリティ製品構築経験

ネットワークシステムにおいてのトラブルシューティング経験

英語を使用したプロジェクト業務経験

ビジネスレベルの日本語コミュニケーション能力

さらに下記経験があると尚可優遇歓迎要件

パブリッククラウドAWSAzureなどのテクニカルスキル

大規模環境エンタープライズ環境での業務経験

インフラ全般関して専門知識をもち技術的分析技術的課題の整理と解決策の立案及びインフラグランドデザイン設計等に携わった経験のある方
