Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Provide high level service activities including on-site service depot service and remote support to our customers.
- Perform product installation/set-up and train our instruments and software.
- Manage installation process of instruments and software.
- Perform assembly of instruments/system and testing before delivering them to customers.
- Report on activities in the field on a regular basis to service manager GM and sales team as requested.
- Report on technical trends by relating customer and competitor feedback to appropriate people within the company and provide assistance in generating marketing materials when required.
- Communication with customers service team people other departments (sales application finance and others) and people of headquarters or other overseas offices.
- Create and maintain customer support information in database (SalesForce)
Qualifications
Workplace Requirements:
- PC knowledge for instruments software packages and database products
- Must be a fast learner who is motivated and committed to excellence.
- Excellent time management organizational verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Capable and interested in working in a team environment
- 3 years of experience in field service for life-science clinical diagnostic or medical market.
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Proficiency in both oral and written English communication (TOEIC score of 640 or higher) is desirable.
- Drivers license
