Job Summary
- Develop and implement embedded control algorithms
- Design real-time software for control and automation systems
- Model simulate and validate system behavior
- Integrate control logic on embedded platforms and ECUs
- Support system testing debugging and performance optimization
- Collaborate with software hardware and system engineers
- Experience in embedded software or control systems development
- Experience with real-time and hardware-near systems
- Experience with system modeling and simulation is a plus
- Strong skills in C/C and embedded systems
- Good understanding of control theory and system dynamics
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink
- Familiarity with RTOS and real-time architectures
- Understanding of hardware interfaces and system integration
- Structured and analytical mindset
- Fluent Japanese; English is a plus
