Job Summary

This project is a Global SOC operation project for a major pharmaceutical company. Currently the team operates and continuously improves the Global SOC (Security Monitoring) and SASE environment using SIEM and EDR solutions. New security solutions are continuously proposed and this role will be involved in their implementation and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the operation and continuous improvement of Global SOC services
Support and enhance SIEM EDR and SASE environments
Work closely with Project Managers and global team members
Support deployment and implementation of new security solutions
Propose and drive ongoing security improvement initiatives
Act as a Technical Lead for global security operations projects

After completion of the current project you may continue as a Technical Architect on other client engagements. Depending on your experience interests and career goals opportunities may also be available as a Project Manager Consultant or Architect.

Required Skills and Experience

Leadership

Ability to define and communicate goals and vision for solving customer challenges
Ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders

Technical Background

Cybersecurity experience is not mandatory
Interest in cybersecurity and willingness to learn
Experience in IT infrastructure network design network operations customer support or IT service delivery is preferred
Experience with cybersecurity products pre-sales SOC operations or MSS is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

Security certifications such as CISSP CISM SANS or equivalent
Experience in Manufacturing High-Tech or Financial Services industries

English Requirement

English reading and writing skills required
Basic conversational English is preferred
Internal language training and bilingual support are available
