Client Relationship & Business Development

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese clients and key stakeholders.

• Identify new business opportunities account expansion initiatives and potential engagements.

• Support proposals solution discussions contract negotiations and client presentations.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and contribute to revenue growth.

Business Analysis

• Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with client stakeholders.

Program Management

Japan-India Bridge Management

• Serve as the primary communication channel between Japanese clients and Indian teams.

• Facilitate bilingual communication and manage cultural and business alignment.

• Support issue resolution escalation management and stakeholder coordination.
