Prestige Travel Agency by Mich is dedicated to helping clients plan seamless and memorable travel experiences. We provide personalized travel planning services for leisure business family and group travel while delivering exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the travel journey.
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote this role you will assist clients by answering inquiries providing travel-related support resolving concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email chat and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information regarding travel services reservations policies and available options
Assist clients with booking updates itinerary questions cancellations and general travel support
Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when appropriate
Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in company systems
Follow up with clients to ensure questions and service requests have been resolved
Coordinate with internal team members to support customer needs and travel arrangements
Process administrative tasks related to customer service and travel support
Maintain confidentiality when handling customer information
Deliver exceptional service while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Google Workspace and common business software applications
Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace
Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries while meeting deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service hospitality travel call center retail or a related field
Experience using CRM software customer support platforms or reservation systems
Familiarity with Zoom Microsoft Teams Slack or similar communication platforms
Experience supporting customers in a remote environment is a plus
