Job Summary
- Support the analysis of business processes to identify improvement opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with Operations Quality Supply Chain Manufacturing Engineering and IT teams to understand business needs and support digital initiatives.
- Assist in translating operational requirements into process maps functional specifications and project documentation.
- Contribute to project planning tracking activities stakeholder coordination and progress reporting.
- Support testing validation deployment and user adoption activities for new digital solutions.
- Collect organize clean and analyze data from different business systems and databases.
- Assist in the creation of reports dashboards and performance indicators to support decision-making.
- Participate in initiatives related to Lean methodologies continuous improvement advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions.
- Contribute to innovation projects supporting Emersons digital manufacturing and Smart Factory journey.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Engineering Management Engineering Data Analytics Information Technology Business or a related field.
- Strong interest in Operational Excellence digital transformation data analysis and continuous improvement.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with data.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good English language skills.
- Academic projects thesis work internships or extracurricular activities related to manufacturing operations digital transformation or process improvement.
- Familiarity with Power BI Power Query SQL Python or similar analytical tools.
- Interest in Industry 4.0 Smart Factory technologies advanced analytics or Artificial Intelligence applications.
- Knowledge of Lean principles Agile methodologies or continuous improvement approaches.
