What will your role be 

We are looking for a Requirements Engineerto perform the following activities: 

• Configure and manage requirements within IBM DOORS ensuring proper structuring traceability and maintenance of requirement data
• Perform requirements management activities in support of project objectives
• Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
• The role is focused on requirements management and coordination activities and is not related to technical development or system administration

Qualifications :

What are we looking for in you Experience and competencies 

• Mandatory hands-on experience with IBM DOORS
• Familiarity with DXL scripting is a plus
• Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and organizational functions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines

Languages: 

• Italian (Fluent)
