Job Summary
Your Activities
- Serve as the primary client interface and manage relationships with both the client and project team.
- Successfully organize and lead meetings set agendas maintain project directories and issue meeting minutes.
- Support the development management and tracking of project budgets milestones and schedules.
- Read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
- Assist the owner with contract negotiations and analyze and negotiate change orders.
- Support in the formation of a junior talent.
Qualifications :
What do we ask of you
- Background in the following areas: Project Management Architecture Construction Management Project Monitoring Cost Estimating with at least 78 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Hospitality Office and Residential Developments
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a related technical field preferred or comparable relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand interpret and communicate critical schedule data and present viable solutions.
- Ability to quickly learn client-specific software applications and demonstrate strong technological capability.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office MS Project and AutoCAD.
- Experience with scheduling software.
- Proficiency and comfort using a variety of project management tools.
- Solid understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to use data to support risk identification quantification response and control related to the master schedule.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent English language skills are mandatory.
- Availability for national business travel.
