• Actively contribute in achieving store objectives (budget and targets) adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
• Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
• Contribute to creating a strong team spirit with a trustful and open interaction by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.
• Greeting customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: you will make them feel pampered listened to and expertly advised.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions offering clients personalized consultations based on their profiles.
• Fostering a positive and productive environment highlighting wins celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
