The Manufacturing Engineering Specialist - Testing Project Engineer is the String Test focal contact from partner functions such as project management project engineering operations and Customer.
Yo will be responsible to develop the program and methodologies of String Test procedures from technical standpoint adhering to material requisition and BH quality standard.
You will act as Test Director providing technical coordination during test execution. Establishing the exact test sequence both during internal and official one as well as assist in the analysis and resolution of any non-conformity connected to String Test execution.
You will be also responsible to drive #Decarbonization initiatives following programs with partner University and to promote #Digitalization of test methodology and procedures.
As Manufacturing Engineering Specialist - Testing Project Engineer you will be responsible of:
- Drive the string test design timeline to assess Customer requirements are met and criticalities solved prior to test procedure finalization
- Supervise on time delivery of engineering job documentation predecessor to test design.
- Review Contractual test requirement and provide feedback to test engineering team.
- Draft the official test reports and documentation / certificates related to test running
- Verify that project budget is aligned to test procedure requirements and be responsible to mitigate extra-costs discussing different solution with Customer and project management team
- Manage relationships and meetings with Customer.
- Provide technical direction and support on fulfilment CTQ critical to quality during design and test execution.
- Provide Mechanical System technical assistance on test bench during plant erection.
- Assure that testing Lesson Learned are captured through dedicated system.
- Site Performance test technical assistance on demand.

To be successful in this role you will
- Have a bachelors degree from an accredited university or college on STEM Disciplines
- 1-3 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations Management is preferred
- Be able to manage multiple tasks and establish effective work priorities
- Show pro-activity and accuracy in data processing
- Display good communication skills and fluency with the English language
- Show Six Sigma training or equivalent Quality Training Knowledge of value stream mapping AWO Kaizen 5s and other lean tools is preferred.

The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 38603.44 To 49500. The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
