• Handle inbound inquiries via phone for sales product support tracking and warranty claims.
• Assist Italian-speaking customers with tech troubleshooting using modern tools like TechSee video diagnostics.

• Deliver an outstanding high-touch customer experience every day.

• Languages: Native-level or C1 fluency in Italian plus solid working English (for internal system logging).
• Experience: Previous background in customer service or a call center environment.
• Tech Savvy: Strong PC skills comfortable navigating multiple browser tabs virtual desktop environments and diagnostic tools.
• Flexibility: Ability to work rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00 Monday through Friday (with occasional weekend shifts).
