HR Coordinator HR Admin (Part time 20h Fixed term)

• The HR Coordinator supports QVC Italy and helps deliver local People services by ensuring accurate timely and compliant HR processes while also supporting the local implementation of People programmes and initiatives.

Where Youll Work

• This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Brugherio (MB) several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).

• This is a part-time role - 20 hours per week 12 month fixed term contract.The salary will be pro-rated based on the weekly working hour

What Youll Do

Reporting to the Sr Team Member Services Manager you will:

• Deliver and support assigned Italian employee lifecycle and workforce administration processes ensuring accurate timely and compliant delivery.

• Handle complex cases and high-touch HR activities requiring local expertise and support resolution of escalated queries that cannot be resolved through self-service or Tier 1 channels.

• Maintain and update local Standard Operating Procedures People documentation and templates including employment contracts letters and FAQs while supporting knowledge sharing with Shared Services teams.

• Assist in implementing local versions of global QI and market programmes and policies partnering with the local People Team on initiatives such as benefit launches compliance updates audits and reorganisations.

What Youll Bring

• Previous experience in HR Operations HR Shared Services HR Administration Employee Services or a related field.

• Fluent Italian (minimum C1) and good English proficiency (minimum B2).

• Strong attention to detail customer focus problem-solving ability and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience using Microsoft Office applications and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.

• Experience with HR systems such as Workday and case management systems such as ServiceNow would be an advantage.

***For part time roles the salary will be pro-rated based on weekly working hours.
