We are looking for a Hardware Design Engineer who is passionate about electronic design and eager to develop reliable high-performance hardware for next-generation space applications**.**

As a Hardware Design Engineer you will focus on developing electronic systems for space applications and contribute to our next activities.

What You Will Do

  • Design of the electrical schematics and PCB layout
  • Analysis of system-level requirements and drafting of technical specifications
  • Definition of board-level hardware architectures
  • Preliminary validation by means of electrical analysis and simulations
  • EEE parts selection
  • Definition and execution of tests activity including drafting of test plan/procedures and supporting preparation of test equipment
  • Interfacing with other subsystems specialists

What We Are Looking For

  • Masters Degree in Electronic Engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the aerospace industry;
  • Hands-on proactive and results-driven approach;
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving as well as a continuous learning attitude;
  • Strong knowledge in Designing schematics especially power electronics circuits
  • Very good knowledge of complex PCB layout design;
  • Proficiency in Altium Designer;
  • Extensive knowledge of laboratory instruments;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in space projects compliant with ECSS/MIL;
  • Knowledge of electronic FMEA and FTA;
  • Experience in EMC qualification;
