The Product

ShippyPro is building the AI operating system for shipping and fulfillment.

Our platform helps merchants automate and orchestrate the entire delivery workflow from carrier selection and label generation to tracking returns delivery intelligence and post-purchase operations.

We connect e-commerce platforms carriers warehouses and logistics systems into one unified infrastructure powered by automation data and AI-driven workflows.

Our goal is simple: remove operational complexity and help teams make faster smarter and more autonomous shipping decisions at scale.

The Challenge

Modern GTM teams are slowed down by disconnected systems repetitive workflows and too much manual work.

Were looking for an engineer who wants to build the infrastructure behind growth.

Youll create automations AI workflows integrations attribution systems and internal tools that help Marketing Sales and Product move faster and smarter.

Youll experiment constantly test new ideas quickly and use engineering to unlock growth opportunities across the company.

What Youll Do

• Build internal GTM tools automations and workflows
• Connect APIs across CRM product analytics marketing and outbound systems
• Develop AI-powered workflows and agents
• Experiment with MCP servers integrations and AI tooling
• Improve attribution funnel visibility and lifecycle operations
• Support rapid experimentation across acquisition and conversion initiatives
• Identify inefficiencies and solve them through engineering

What Youll Bring

• Several years of engineering experience
• Strong interest in GTM marketing sales and growth systems
• Experience with APIs integrations automations and internal tooling
• Builder mentality you prefer shipping over overthinking
• Strong curiosity around AI workflows agents MCP ecosystems and LLM-powered operations
• Fast execution and experimentation mindset
• Comfort working in ambiguity and moving quickly

Tools & Technologies Youre Comfortable With

• Claude ChatGPT or similar AI-native environments
• Python JavaScript or similar languages
• APIs webhooks automation platforms and integrations
• HubSpot APIs CRM systems or GTM tooling
• AI workflows orchestration systems MCP servers or agents
