About the role

The Global Reporting & Consolidation Senior Specialist ensures highquality Group financial reporting by executing advanced consolidation activities reviewing subsidiary submissions and supporting the preparation of consolidated financial statements. The role contributes to the accuracy integrity and compliance of Group reporting while guiding junior team members and supporting continuous improvements in reporting processes and systems.

Key Responsabilities

1. Execute and review monthly quarterly and annual consolidation activities ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and Group policies.

2. Analyze submissions resolve complex discrepancies with countries and recommend corrective actions to ensure IFRScompliant reporting.

3. Prepare consolidation adjustments intercompany eliminations and supporting schedules.

4. Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements management reports and audit documentation.

5. Support the Acquisition Accounting activities (Purchase Price Allocation) and ensure the accurate acquisition accounting and related reporting into the group R&C system also in terms of external disclosure;

6. Supervise the impairment testing process and related supporting analyses.

7. Enhance consolidation tools/templates/workflows and strengthen related controls driving standardization efficiency and data quality.

8. Provide guidance and support to junior team members on accounting and reporting topics.

Required Skills & Experience

Professional Experience

• Masters degree in Accounting/Finance.

• Minimum 3 years of consolidation or reporting experience.

• Solid IFRS knowledge; multinational exposure.

• Experience with consolidation systems; Excel advanced

• Full professional proficiency in English

• Analytical rigor and accuracy.

• Ability to mentor juniors.

• Strong organization and prioritization

Location: HQ Milan Italy (Hybrid - allowing employees to work 6 days per month remotely)

Compensation & Benefits

Applicable Collective Agreement: CCNL Commercio (Terziario Distribuzione e Servizi)

Contractual Level: Employee Level 1

Contract Type: Permanent Full Time

The reference Gross Annual Salary is approximately in the range of 39.000 55.000. The actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidates experience and specific skills and knowledge and also to the educational background.

The position is also eligible for an annual Company bonus (premio di risultato) linked to business performance in line with Company policies.
