European Cruise Logistics Manager
Ecolab is seeking a European Cruise Logistics Manager to join our Ecolab Supply Chain team. Reporting to a Supply Chain Director with the guidance from the EU Planning and Logistics leadership team you will be a part of the team managing End to End Supply Chain within your area helping Ecolab to deliver a great customer experience.
Your expertise in customer service demand planning supply network planning logistics and warehousing space will help the team to work out the cost-effective solutions as well as ensuring great customer experience.
We are looking for a strong leader who can perform effectively in a complex matrix organization with a high sense of ownership and accountability. Successful candidate will be an integral part of our Supply Chain organization and will hold a responsibility to further modify enhance and deliver excellence in Order to Cash day to day operations.
The expectation is that you will be proficient in managing various Supply Chain areas such as demand planning logistics supply planning and customer service. You will play an instrumental role in replenishment and inventory forecasting shortages resolution distribution planning delivery execution exception management drop shipments etc. leading and developing your team and talent.

What You Will do:
- Be an integral part in our Supply Chain Organization to improve our customer experience
- Develop and deploy efficient and effective Supply Chain solutions to protect customer service and costs
- Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders especially with our Cruise Divisions in Italy and Global Cruise Organization within Ecolab.
- Develop close relationships with Ecolabs 3PLs ensuring expected performance in line with contract terms holding the partners accountable for delivering great service at agreed cost while complying with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Present Supply Chain voice in front of Cruise Division acting as a subject matter expert - providing the guidance and execution of the agreed Supply Chain solutions
- Manage quality service and cost metrics. Monitoring and reporting the set KPIs while developing and implementing specific plans to achieve improvements
Qualifications and Experience required:
- Engineering or Business Administration degree Masters in Supply Chain would be a bonus
- Experience in similar role required >3 years (Previous work experience in customer service planning logistics operations or a related field is a must)
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Operational SAP knowledge
- Project management qualification is a bonus project management experience is a must
- Exposure to TPM and/or Lean Manufacturing principals
- Demonstration of financial acumen (course completion or through experience)
