Engineering FinOps Lead

We are looking for a Engineering FinOps Lead to the financial health FinOps sustainability and portfolio governance of the engineering organisation. What Youll Do

Lead and apply deep expertise in Financial analysis and modelling to deliver durable scalable outcomes.

Lead and apply deep expertise in FinOps and cloud economics to deliver durable scalable outcomes.

Lead and apply deep expertise in Cloud cost allocation and sustainability metrics to deliver durable scalable outcomes.

Lead and apply deep expertise in Portfolio governance and counterfactuals to deliver durable scalable outcomes.

Lead and apply deep expertise in Vendor governance and procurement to deliver durable scalable outcomes.

Lead and apply deep expertise in Engineering fluency to deliver durable scalable outcomes.

Collaborate across engineering product and scientific teams to translate complex needs into practical solutions.

Set a high bar for quality documentation and thoughtful use of AI-assisted engineering.

Qualifications :

What You Bring

Demonstrable experience in Financial analysis and modelling.

Demonstrable experience in FinOps and cloud economics.

Demonstrable experience in Cloud cost allocation and sustainability metrics.

Demonstrable experience in Portfolio governance and counterfactuals.

Demonstrable experience in Vendor governance and procurement.

Demonstrable experience in Engineering fluency.

Demonstrable experience in Data-driven reporting and visualisation.

Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Fluent English written and spoken. Bonus Points

Experience in agriculture life sciences scientific computing or a regulated enterprise environment.

Experience building platforms products or services used by multiple internal teams.

Experience working in distributed international engineering organisations.
