Job description

For our operational office in Bressanone we are looking for a Customer Excellence Front Office to join our Customer Excellence - Front Office Team.

The candidate will work in a multicultural and international environment supporting customers and internal stakeholders while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

The role reports directly to the Customer Excellence Manager and the main responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer requests via e-mail and phone within agreed timelines
• Supporting customers in the activation and management of services and contracts
• Ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers and providers
• Cooperating closely with Back Office Sales Team and other internal departments
• Monitoring requests complaints and escalations until resolution
• Updating customer information and documentation in internal systems
• Managing front office administrative and operational activities
• Ensuring a proactive professional and customer-oriented approach in all interactions

Profile

• Previous experience in Customer Service Front Office or similar roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Good English language skills both written and spoken
• German language skills will be considered a plus
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
• Attention to detail
• Structured and organized approach
