Business Development Representative SMB Italy Milano

YOUR MISSION

As a Business Development Representative at Glovo you will play a crucial role in building our sales pipeline. Your primary focus will be on identifying qualifying and nurturing leads to ensure a smooth transition to the sales team. This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

THE JOURNEY

• Generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach to potential clients.
• Qualify leads from scrapping pipelines as sales opportunities.
• Contact potential clients through cold calls emails and WhatApp Business
• Present our company to potential clients identifying their needs and suggesting appropriate products/services.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Executives.
• Report to the Sales Team Leader on weekly/monthly/quarterly results.
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.

Qualifications :

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Recent grad/early-career strong interest in sales/business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive eager to learn.
• Comfortable with phone calls and professional emails.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
• Thrives in fast-paced team environments.

Native level of Italian is required as proficiency in English.
