Brands Ads Intern

You will work hand-in-hand with the Brands Ads team to support the team in executing operational tasks and setting up new processes for analysis and data cleaning goals.

THE JOURNEY

• You will work hand in hand with the Ads team in defining and implementing a process of data cleaning and optimization

• Define the strategy identifying opportunities of improvement and implementing them.

• Provide insights and updates to the team proactive support and help on best practices

• Be responsible for offering an amazing shopping experience by categorizing & sorting the assortment based on user needs.

Mandatory documentation: DID (Dichiarazione di Immediata Disponibilità). Must be obtained at least 1 month before the start date can be obtained by downloading it on MyAnpal if they have Government Digital Identity (SPID).

Qualifications :

• Previous short experience (internship or temporary - 0-1 years) in analytical or commercial roles.

• Strong analytical skills willing to support the team in day-by-day and ad hoc analysis to help the team visualize brands performance and areas for improvement.

• Youre organized and able to assist the team in internal projects to ensure maximum efficiency.

• Comfortable working in a fast-changing high-growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace

• Youre extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments

• Youre an owner you have a natural bias for action always pushing for things to happen objective and deadline oriented with a hands-on spirit

• An empathetic inclusive and curious attitude across the business and the industry

• Fluent in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
