From day one you join ION on afulltime permanent contractcarry real accountability on live projects and be paired with senior professionals who guide your development throughout the entire journey.
Across phases you will gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art methodologies andtechnologies in our agile product development environment. This role is designed to grow well rounded AI professionals with a solid foundation in software engineering to bring models intoproduction.
Contributing directly to the development of IONs products from requirements through to
delivery
Design develop train evaluate and iterate on Machine Learning models and Generative AI
solutions
Work with Language Models (LLMs) and related techniques (e.g. prompt engineering RAG
embeddings fine-tuning evaluation)
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and ship innovative high-impact products solving complex technical problems and translating them into scalable efficient solutions
Masters degree in a STEM discipline obtained within the last year or currently in progresswith a strong academic record
Programming experience in one or more of: Python Typescript JavaScript
Strong communicator collaborative by nature and fluent in English (B2)
Based in Italy or willing to relocate; non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit
