Senior Software Engineer - AI Core

Were looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the AI Core team and build one of the core capabilities in Tipaltis AI Platform.

This role involves designing building and delivering scalable software solutions while collaborating on architecture technical design and engineering best practices. Youll work closely with Product Architecture and cross-functional engineering teams to build the infrastructure that powers AI capabilities across the company.

In This Role You Will Be Responsible For

• Design develop and maintain scalable reliable and maintainable solutions.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical design decisions.
• Write high-quality well-tested and maintainable code.
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure high engineering standards.
• Deliver complex features and initiatives end-to-end.
• Collaborate closely with Product Architecture and other engineering teams.
• Contribute to improvements in system quality performance security and scalability.

About You

• Strong Full Stack engineering experience (5 years)
• Proven experience building complex software systems in a production environment.
• Strong system design and software engineering skills.
• Experience building distributed cloud-based systems.
• Experience working on large-scale production-grade systems.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multiple teams.
• Experience with AI LLMs or Agentic Systems is a strong advantage.

About Our Tel Aviv Offices:

Hybrid Work Model - Tipalti offers a hybrid work model with two days per week working from home and three days per week from our beautiful offices in North Tel Aviv.
