Product Analyst Base44

As a Product Analyst youll play a key role in shaping and driving data-driven decisions for Base44. This high-impact fast-paced role is focused on building a new product category requiring a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.

In your day-to-day you will:  

• Lead end-to-end product analysis across the Base44 user journey- from onboarding and activation to feature adoption retention and app monetization  
• Own the data lifecycle from clarifying core product questions to ensuring data quality user behavioral tracking and delivering actionable product insights  
• Challenge the why and how of product features driving data-informed decisions that shape the product roadmap  
• Deeply understand user behavior by identifying patterns churn risks and anomalies across different cohorts and user segments  
• Enable high-velocity decision-making by building trustworthy dashboards and self-serve reporting tools for Product Managers Designers and Leadership  
• Leverage state-of-the-art AI tools (including Claude ChatGPT and LLM-assisted workflows) to accelerate data processing automate insights generation and enhance product experimentation

Qualifications :

• 5 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst focusing on product analytics (preferably in a fast-paced B2B/B2C SaaS or Tech company)  
• Proven hands-on experience with AI tools and LLMs (e.g. Claude OpenAI) for analytical workflow enhancement automated scripting or data exploration  
• Deep understanding of product analytics frameworks: user funnels onboarding optimization cohort analysis A/B testing/experimentation feature adoption and retention curves  
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools (Python)
• Experience with product analytics and event-tracking platforms (e.g. Amplitude Mixpanel Heap)
• Exceptional business acumen- ability to connect complex product usage data to core business outcomes and tell compelling data stories  
• High attention to detail with a track record of delivering accurate actionable and impact-driven insights  
• Comfortable in an agile fast-paced environment collaborating seamlessly with Product Managers Engineers and UX Designers
