Engineering Team Leader

We are building the next generation of cloud storage services focused on scalable enterprise-grade solutions and agentic AI-driven workflows. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership to drive innovation and delivery in a fast-paced cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers ensuring high-quality delivery execution and team growth
• Own end-to-end delivery of features and services from design and architecture through implementation and production
• Stay highly hands-on (80%) contributing directly to system design architecture and code
• Drive technical excellence including architecture decisions design reviews and best practices
• Ensure scalable reliable and maintainable system design aligned with cloud-native principles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment
• Mentor engineers and foster a strong accountable and innovative team culture

• • 3 years of experience leading engineering teams
  • Strong hands-on development background (80% coding/technical involvement)
  • Background in AI/ML-driven development and workflows
  • Solid experience with public cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
  • Experience working in global/multicultural teams
