Job Summary

Lime & Lou is looking for an Ecommerce Site Experience Lead to own our sites performance end-to-end. This is a strategy role as much as a hands-on one: you decide what gets tested and built and you own how the site performs

Responsibilities:

What youll do

Own site performance end-to-end: constant page optimization to grow add-to-cart rate and conversion rate.

Optimize pricing promotional offers and upsell strategy to improve site performance.

Run our A/B testing program: design tests read the results and apply what works.

Build personalization strategies across our markets and audiences.

Analyze customer behavior competitors and market trends to guide site decisions.

Define and execute strategic plans for which products to promote and when.

Build and launch landing pages for new products and campaigns.

Translate our brands visuals and voice into how the site looks and feels working closely with our graphic designer.

Bring a strong UX/UI eye to navigation and site structure elevating the overall look and feel.

Lead new product launches on-site and evolve the funnel as the site grows.

What youll own

Four numbers define this role: CVR (conversion rate) A2C (add-to-cart rate) I/O (items per order) and AOV (average order value). Youll constantly test what actually grows each one and use what you learn to keep improving the site.

Advantages:
  • Previous experience in a relevant E-commerce industry
