We are looking for a Senior Back-end Developer who loves building scalable systems tackling complex architectural challenges and having a real impact on our product.
In this role you wont just write code - you will take full ownership of our backend ecosystem and help shape the future of our platform. If you thrive in an environment with high autonomy and minimal bureaucracy youll feel right at home.
What Youll Do
- Take Ownership: Lead features from architectural design to production deployment.
- Design & Scale: Build and maintain high-performance robust and scalable microservices.
- Optimize: Continuously improve system performance code quality and infrastructure.

- A sense of humor. We spend a lot of hours together and wed like them to be good ones.
- You learn fast. New frameworks unfamiliar codebases shifting requirements - you pick things up quickly and dont need hand-holding.
- Intimate knowledge of . Not I watched a tutorial once not I just tell the AI to build it and ship whatever comes back. You understand whats happening under the hood.
